Withdrawal

Payments are processed in up to 5 minutes for Pix during normal hours. Withdrawals of larger amounts may go through additional verification.

The minimum Pix withdrawal at sss1 is R$ 30.00. There is no fixed maximum for standard withdrawals — amounts above a certain threshold go through a standard identity verification process, which may add up to 24 hours. For verified users (full KYC), the process is faster.
